Presentation of The Laboratory

The Laboratory of Mechanics and Advanced Energy Systems was created by Ministerial Order No. 205 of 27^th April 2021 from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and belongs to the Mechanical Engineering Department.

 The overall aim of the Laboratory is to build the foundations for fundamental and applied research, training of doctoral students for capacity building by being aligned with the research objectives of the School and the National Research Program. 

He main existing research activities are multidisciplinary, interactive and complementary, they are inspired by four themes of research and embodied into four RESEARCH TEAMS:

- Modelling in Solid and Bio-Mechanics Systems
- Mechanics of New and Advanced Materials
- Green Energy and Thermofluids
- Advanced Energy Systems
